MIL-PRF-39017G
c.
Test condition letter:
(1) Qualification inspection: Test condition: F.
(2) Conformance inspection: Test condition B, except that the extreme low temperature shall be
-55°C +0°C, -10°C. These extreme temperatures shall be achieved within 4 minutes after
resistors are in the chamber.
d. Measurements after cycling: Within 3 hours after completion of the final cycle and as soon as the
resistors stabilize at room temperature, dc resistance shall again be measured as specified in
e. Inspection after test: Resistors shall be inspected for evidence of mechanical damage.
4.8.5 Resistance temperature characteristic (see 3.11). Resistors shall be tested in accordance with
method 304 of MIL-STD-202. The following details and exception shall apply:
a. Test temperatures: As specified in table XVI.
TABLE XVI. Ambient temperature for resistance-temperature characteristics test.
