Failure of an individual resistor in one or more tests in groups I to V inclusive, shall be charged as a single failure.
Failures for each resistance value shall be permitted as specified in each group, but not more than one failure
shall be permitted in groups I through V combined.

Marking shall be considered defective only if the marking or any portion thereof is illegible. Marking shall remain
legible at the end of all tests.
